Stiris Research Inc. Awarded Phase I Clamp trial in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus
Stiris Research (“Stiris”) an entrepreneurial clinical trial management company focused on the management of Phase I-IIIB trials, today announced it has been awarded the full-service project management contract for a Pharmacodynamic evaluation study using a stepped clamp model in Type 1 Diabetics.
The results of this study will help define the safety and tolerability of this therapeutic and to assess its effect on plasma glucagon in T1D patients.
